The Problem
Chamoy Labs builds ambitious AI solutions for startups. But their web presence didn’t reflect their technical reality. They were relying on bloated, slow architecture that dragged down load times and compromised their brand identity as an elite studio.
Speed is not a nice-to-have; it’s survival. When a potential client opens an AI studio’s website, every millisecond of latency is a signal of incompetence. They needed a high-performance frontend that communicated sheer engineering accuracy to technical founders and decision-makers.
The Solution
I don’t believe in outsourcing critical infrastructure to slow, heavy visual builders or legacy platforms. Proximity to the problem means building the solution close to the metal. I started from absolute scratch and engineered a custom React SPA powered by Vite’s blazing-fast HMR and build pipeline.
Infrastructure Over Hype: We stripped out the unnecessary weight. By leveraging TailwindCSS with aggressive purging and a strict, asset-optimized deployment on Netlify’s edge network, I ensured the styling was immaculate while keeping the bundle size microscopic. The result is a production build that loads in under a second globally. No bloated CMS. No unnecessary abstractions. Resilient, boring infrastructure that scales silently.
Radical Transparency: I integrated Umami Analytics directly into the deployment. It captures everything the team needs without relying on invasive third-party cookies or injecting massive JavaScript payloads that punish the user. Privacy-first, zero-cookie analytics with full data ownership. You get direct, unfiltered access to the engineering process.
Immaculate Craftsmanship: Code is read far more often than it is written. I built out responsive micro-interactions and a clean, modern design system that echoes premium engineering, ensuring the repository is hyper-optimized and beautifully architected for the next developer who touches it. Every component is self-contained, every animation is GPU-accelerated, and every line of CSS is justified.
