I started Montrose Labs because I saw how slow organizations and persistent problems are now solvable with AI.

When I started working at Collide, I was the only engineer tasked with building an end-to-end AI pipeline for Energy companies. The task was daunting but I successfully completed it: we processed 100k+ documents, serving a blazingly fast and accurate LLM to both enterprise and community users.

I've experienced firsthand the power of AI, and I want to bring it to solve problems that were once deemed unsolvable, in a safe and scalable way.
